BIG NEWS! Our studio was the first in the Hamptons to implement the MYZONE heart rate training technology and over 50 people have bought and put them to use at SILICHCORE! We welcome the opportunity to have you demo one and see what all the fun is about and check out your heart rate real time as we work out! These can be used in our group settings, our private trainings, and even outside of our studio!
Also, we have some new classes in store for all of you coming in SPRING 2018. Due to many of you away for winter break, there will be a slimmed down schedule for February, but March we'll be rearing to go again so stayed tuned online for updates!

WHAT IS TRX?
The Total Resistance eXercise (TRX) was developed by a former Navy SEAL named Randy Hetrick. TRX is a Suspension Training bodyweight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX straps, made from parachutes, and is a highly portable performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
