WHAT IS TRX?
The Total Resistance eXercise (TRX) was developed by a former Navy SEAL. TRX is a Suspension Training bodyweight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX straps, made from parachutes, and is a highly portable performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. LINDA'S TIP OF THE WEEK
Form: Lay completely on the ground with legs straight out and arms extended straight above you head. In one swift motion, come all the way up on to your glutes while pulling in your knees into your chest and arching your arms up and around to try to touch your toes. Unfold and end in beginning position. Make sure you roll your spine down one vertebrae at a time and come up same way! Do 20 a day this week!
