WHAT IS TRX?
The Total Resistance eXercise (TRX) was developed by a former Navy SEAL named Randy Hetrick. TRX is a Suspension Training bodyweight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX straps, made from parachutes, and is a highly portable performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Clients can choose to form their own groups for training or participate in the small group classes offered. We highly recommend that clients new to TRX begin with our 30 minute private session to be properly evaluated and to help decide which TRX class is a good fit. Options are available for every fitness type, age and intensity level.
