While TRX Suspension Training builds flexibility, balance, and core strength and is important to overall physical well-being, the body also needs cardiovascular work for heart health and weight management. Although we incorporate numerous types of cardio exercises in our classes, I wanted a cardio component that was also low-impact and utilized the same principles we emphasize in TRX--using your own body weight- yet still burned substantial calories. TRX STRONG will push your strength to new levels using the TRX suspension trainer at aggressive vector angles, slower negative and positive movements along with your own body weight. Challenge yourself in this rep-based workout featuring our various strength exercises and progressions as well as a preview of the starting positions of TRX positioning and exercises and then progressions for maximum effort. INTRODUCTION TO ROWING or TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING For the person who has never tried ROWING OR TRX and wants to simply see what it's all about, this is a 35 minute one on one session with one of our trainers for a nominal fee of $75.
