SMALL GROUP CLASSES:
The following classes are intended for participants who have had previous TRX Suspension Training experience prior to visiting the studio or have completed the recommended 35 min one on one session.
TRX ABS + CORE FLOW: This workout is great for improving posture, increasing flexibility, building core strength, decreasing back, neck and joint pain and improving circulation. This class will be taught as a half/half class with the first half off the straps and finding a new appreciation for your core through stability ball exercises. Then utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer, the second half will seamlessly transition through exercises meant for mobility, strength, stability, and flexibility. All level. Duration 50 min
TRX + BOSU BALL: NEW! SO...we have a few tools & balls like the BOSU to keep your muscles challenged, instill more balance and increase ankle stability. This TRX workout with the BOSU focuses on balance, combining some TRX moves with the Bosu as well as continually challenging the core. Condition and strengthen movements you use in and out of the water as a paddler/surfer or also basic functional movements on land. Okay, so you don't really have to BE a surfer and lover of the water to benefit from this TRX workout but should you be the water junkie, then you will find it quite rewarding and rehabilitative next time you head out for the waves!

TRX CIRCUIT STATIONS: Ready to challenge your workouts with an energetic session of progressive TRX powerful movements at a faster pace? This is a high intensity, interval and strength training class. Have fun and watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of continuous TRX strength exercises as well as a mixture of dumbbells, medicine balls, and bosu ball training. oh yeah, and did we mention there will be burpees? Int/Adv levels. Duration 50 min
TRX HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): This class will certainly challenge all your muscle groups, your heart, and your mind as you quickly move from station to station doing various exercises with TRX, weights, balls, steps and is intended to keep the heart rate elevated in a fat burning zone as well as turn it up a notch in (2-4) 30 to 90 second cardio intervals amid various strength training segments. Guaranteed to make you burn calories, increase your endorphins, and challenge your muscle groups! Int/Adv levels. Duration 50 min
TRX HIIT + STRONG: We incorporate a few HIIT intervals and focus on strength training for a full body workout to burn calories and push your strength to new levels using your own body weight withTRX Suspension straps at aggressive vector angles, as well as weights and medicine balls. Challenge yourself in this rep-based deeper angles workout featuring our various strength exercises and progressions.

TRX + YOGA + STRETCH: RETURNING IN NOV 2017! A NEW 50 minute class that strengthens and tones your muscles using TRX for a half hour with a transition to an amazing 30 minutes of Vinyasa-style stretches taught by LINDA SILICH, the owner and certified trainer and now certified Trx/YOGA instructor plus our amazing special guest instructors along the way! Come experience a kick ass workout with a blissful ending. All levels . Duration 50 min
Work out with Christa Schleicher! WED 845am & FRI 845am
BALLS, BANDS + WEIGHTS: powerful, proven tools--the exercise stability ball, Bosu and resistance band--to give you the safest, calorie burner and an effective method of muscle toning and feeling stronger. This class uses exercises and movements for all muscle groups all wrapped up in one session full of energy, fun & hard work!

TRX + RIP TRAINING: Ready for something completely different? TRX Rip Training will take your performance to the next level, with a fun and dynamical rotational workout. Get stronger, move better and rip it up-your core will thank you later. This class is great for all of our athletes from golf, to tennis, lacrosse, and much more!

Welcome to FUNCTIONAL TRAINING at its finest! The 35 minute recommended session to take if you've NEVER done TRX before or are new to working out. 631-767-2709 or email us.
We highly recommend this one-on-one session with one of our TRX certified personal trainers in order to participate in the small group training classes listed. We will review the basics of TRX suspension training, how to properly position the straps, as well as demonstrate how to progress with each exercise. Then you'll be sufficiently ready to begin your TRX experience in a small group setting at our amazing studio!
