Our Certified Personal Trainers are available to instruct clients on a one on one basis or semi-privates with friends on the proper usage of our TRX Suspension System and learn how to employ other tools in the studio for a better fitness experience. We also are available to design customized programs and help motivate clients to exercise on a short-term basis or for a longer duration throughout the seasons. We specifically hone in on proper form and often encourage clients to get out of their comfort zone. Most importantly, we strive to make your private training one that you enjoy as well as excited to see us again.
