But when I'm in class, I feel that way, and it extends beyond the hour of exercise. I am so happy, so comfortable. I have noticed that I'm less stiff and cumbersome in the days after the workout too, so the benefits are long lasting. I loved the outdoor segment today. It was delightful to get some fresh air and I felt better running after 1/2 hour of loosening up than I do when I just try to take off from my house other mornings.
