Start out your workout with strength exercises focusing on glutei/abs/balance using a backpack, sand bag, baby! One round of 6 exercises/12 reps is demonstrated but we recommend completing 3 rounds to maximize benefits. The yoga-inspired stretch emphasizes elongating those quads, hamstrings and hip flexors.
