What is TRX?
TRX training is a internationally recommended in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise-because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Our rowing machines are an essential piece of exercise equipment that mimics the motion of rowing a boat in water, making it a full body workout! Great for weight loss, toning and building muscles, and increasing stamina, this machine is a fitness game changer!
While TRX Suspension Training builds flexibility, balance, and core strength and is important to overall physical well-being, the body also needs cardiovascular work for heart health and weight management.
Although we incorporate numerous types of cardio exercises in our classes, I wanted a cardio component that was also low-impact and utilized the same principles we emphasize in TRX--using your own body weight- yet still burned substantial calories.
Our Latin dance class combines great music with an innovative freestyle Latin dance fitness workout that incorporates Latin dance steps as the foundation of a fun and exhilarating cardio dance fitness workout.
Proven tools to strengthen the muscle groups and challenge you! Resistant bands, Bosu balls and a ton of energy will be used to give you the safest, most effective method of muscle toning and feeling stronger. Blast some calories with some cardio movements done in intervals. This class uses exercises and movements not only with the resistant bands, medicine balls, and stability balls.
We incorporate HIT intervals and strength training for a full body workout to burn calories and push your strength to new levels using your own body weight with TRX Suspension straps. Challenge yourself in this rep-based deeper angles workout featuring our various strength exercises and progressions.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“.
Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. The opposite would be “fixed forms” such as Bikram Yoga, which features the same 26 postures in every class, or Ashtanga which has the same sequence every time.
The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

This is an energetic circuit style class including interval and strength training moves using free weights, TRX and working on each individual muscle to its max! The following session is available upon request. These are brief sessions that introduce the TRX Suspension Training or WaterRower techniques to provide you the knowledge necessary to participate in a class setting as well as a mini workout so be dressed and ready to move!
