5 Healthy snacks your kids will love

We know it's tough to get the kids excited for a healthy snack. Luckily, we have six tasty options your kids might start looking forward to!


Celery with Peanut Butter and Raisins

  • 3 celery stalks

  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter

  • 3 Tbsp. raisins

Homemade Trail Mix

  • 3/4 cup raw pecans

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Bell Peppers and Guacamole

  • 1 cup bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup guacamole

  • Top with pepitas

Hard Boiled Eggs

  • Start with older eggs (weird but it works)

  • Place your eggs in a large pot and fill with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat, then turn off the heat and cover with a lid

  • Set your timer for 11 minutes

  • As soon as your timer goes off, transfer your eggs to cold water and let them hangout for a minute or two

  • Peel, chop in half, top with pepper and serve!

Turkey and Avocado Roll-up

  • 1 slice of avocado

  • 1 slice of turkey

  • A little bit of lettuce

  • Roll up and eat!
