Banana Matcha




  • 1 cup banana slices, frozen

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed

  • 2 teaspoons flax seed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk





Ginger Pineapple



  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice or water

  • Top with oats and blueberries












Apple Avocado



  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk

  • 4 cups loosely packed spinach

  • 1 medium avocado — peeled and pitted

  • 2 medium apples — any kind you like, peeled, cored and quartered

  • 1 medium banana — cut into chunks and frozen

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • Small handful of ice cubes







Blueberry Pie


  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 medium banana— cut into slices and frozen

  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
