Frequently asked questions


What are your studio rules?

1) All clients must sign a waiver prior to their first session. 2) We reserve the right to release any spots that are not signed in 5 minutes before a class begins. 3) In order to cancel a class reservation and return it to your account, you must un reserve by 5PM the night prior to the class. If a client does not cancel their reservation they will be charged for it. Clients can cancel by logging into their profile online or calling our studio directly or texting us at 631-767-2709 4) We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at our studio 5) If a client is planning on leaving class early, please inform the trainer ahead of time.

Do you offer water or do I have to bring my own?

We sell bottled water for $3 (Cash only)

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. It's important for us to know who's working out with us and to have your contact information. Adults can create an account online,in studio, or by calling the studio. Participants under 18 in the USA can create an account in studio provided by their parent or guardian.

Do I need shoes?

Yes. It is preferable that you come prepared with proper footwear. We recommend that you wear cross training shoes that have "grip" on the bottom (vs. Nike shoes that fold in half and have a flat sole)

How early should I come?

If it's your first time we recommend arriving atleast 15 minutes early before class. Please note, if you have not signed in 5 minutes before the class starts, your spot may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold spots up to 5 minutes after class starts.

What do I need to wear?

We suggest wearing a sports tee or tank top and form fitting pants or shoes.

How does it work when I get there?

1) Arrive at the Studio 2) Check in at the front desk 3) Staff will help you sign in for your spot,give you a tour of the studio, and help you prepare for your workout!
